Are Soapology NYC products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with natural oils and botanical extracts. However, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page or performing a patch test if you have specific allergies.
How long does a bar of Soapology soap typically last?
With proper care—such as using a draining soap dish and keeping the bar dry between uses—our 5oz bars typically last between 3 to 4 weeks for daily showering.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soap. If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Sustainability is at our core. All of our soaps are 100% cruelty-free and most are vegan, except for specific bars that clearly list ethically sourced honey or goat milk.
